Okay, I know it's been awhile since I have blogged. You know how it goes...life happens and things get crazy. Thanks for keeping up with me, though. :)
Check out my podcast about "falling in love with real estate". You may "LOVE" a property, but use your head when planning on purchasing it...meaning...don't go with your heart. Do the research and learn what the property's value is, not what you think it's worth because you just "LOVE" the property.
